We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full-time and requires some weekend work.
A typical schedule is 4 days per week and every other weekend. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner
- General cleaning of the common areas of the building, including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and windows.
- Clean amenity areas, including laundry rooms and social rooms.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop common and amenity areas.
- Thoroughly clean vacant suites.
- Clean appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.
- Perform exterior cleaning duties.
- Complete general maintenance of underground garages and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops. Duties vary by property.
- Pick up loose garbage and debris around the property.
- Report any serious deficiency related to curb appeal, safety, or hazards to the Resident Manager.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of related experience.
- Customer service skills.

- Must be able to lift and push heavy objects, including furniture, garbage bins, and appliances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
